Hand Points

This technique continues exploring the most common attack from an attacker, which is an attempted punch to the face with their right hand.

In this technique: You first execute an upward cross block:


You then rotate your hands around the opponents wrist so that both of your thumbs are down.  Now step forward with your rearward leg (your right leg) to your left (the opponents right), turn and kneel on your right knee.  In combat, pull your opponent over your knee and try to face-plant them to your right.  In practice, just pull them in front of you and let them do a "roll and stay".
