    #1:
    Left 45° horse stance, palm push block with left arm.
      Right punch, left punch
    Jump back to original fighting stance, then REVERSE stance.
    Slide forward side kick with right leg (front leg).   

    #2:
    Step forward, outside in hammerfist block (right arm)
       Back fist (same right arm)
          Turn and elbow strike with left elbow
             Spin clockwise and elbow with right elbow
               Continue turning clockwise into fighting stance
                   Round house kick with rear (right) leg


    #3:
    Right 45° horse stance, palm push block with left arm.
      Right punch, left punch
    Jump back into original fighting stance
    Slide step forward side kick (left leg)
