Cane Course Introduction
Most of our Silver Lions cane curriculum is from Grandmaster Mark Shuey's "Silver Dragons" curriculum. We are also working towards unification of our "Silver Lions" curriculum with GM Shuey's "Silver Dragons" curriculum. GM Shuey will likely also be one of the judges for Silver Lions belt tests (along with Grandmaster Kim).
GM Shuey: Grand Champion in Katas for the Golden State Karate Assoc (GSKA). Awarded Competitor of the Year by IKSA. Inducted into the Martial Arts Masters, Pioneers, and Legends Hall of Fame as a "Master Instructor". Inducted into Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame as Weapons Instructor. Inducted into USMA Hall of Fame. Grandmaster of the Year/Weapons/Cane awarded by The World Martial Arts League in Germany. Overall Grand Champion in weapons and forms from Unified World Martial Arts Federation.
