By purchasing, you are certifying and agreeing that you are purchasing for Research Use Only, and agree to hold Lions Martial Arts Federation, its affiliates and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement or any negligent or wrongful act or omission of the indemnifying party or its employees or agents.
