American Kenpo Blocking Set #1:
Here is the same basic blocking set done by a Taekwondo stylist (except for the "push-down" block).
They are nearly the same as shown for Kenpo, but have slight differences. As an example, look closely at the down block differences. Also the differences in the initial phase of the upper block.
We don't want to be dogmatic. Either block style is fine. But, Lion Do leans towards the Taekwondo style, while DCCS Karate leans towards the Kenpo style
